Responsibilities:
- Develop RESTful web services using Java/Spring.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support new software solutions and changes to existing software solutions.
- Take the initiative and design & propose own solutions.
- Take responsibility for and focus on the big picture.
- Assist in managing changes to existing customer applications.
Qualifications:
- Java development experience (we use Java 8).
- Good knowledge of Spring (we use Spring Framework 4, Spring Boot 1.3).
- Good understanding of HTTP and REST APIs.
- Relational database programming experience (preferably Oracle).
- Familiarity with agile development practices and the full software development lifecycle;
- Experience with Git, Gradle.
- Experience with Logstash, ElasticSearch is a plus.
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Reasonable understanding of UNIX/Linux
- Good English skilles
